Rebel 12 Winboard Extensions

The attached specification describes the extensions we have made to the winboard protocol in order to support Rebel 12 whitin the ChessPartner GUI. The extensions are primarily to provide extra information in the GUI for the user and to make it possible to set various parameters and personalities from the GUI.
